Terms and Conditions of Service

Welcome to Innovare Telecom! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) outline the agreement between you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) and Innovare Telecom (“we,” “us,” or “our”) regarding the use of our services, which include TV, Internet, Security, and Structured Wiring solutions. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.


1. Definitions

1.1 Services: Refers to all residential and business services provided by Innovare Telecom, including:


1.2 Customer/User: Refers to the individual or business utilizing Innovare Telecom services.

1.3 Account: Your registration and subscription details used to access and manage Innovare Telecom services.

1.4 Equipment: Any device, hardware, or related tools provided or approved by Innovare Telecom for accessing services.

1.5 Third-Party Products: Products, content, or services provided by external vendors or partners associated with Innovare Telecom.


2. Agreement Scope

2.1 The agreement between you and Innovare Telecom is established when:

3. Service Usage

3.3 Third-Party Compliance: If any third-party products are included in your service plan, their usage must adhere to the third-party vendor’s terms and licensing agreements.


4. Account Management

4.1 You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and ensuring only authorized individuals have access.

4.2 Innovare Telecom is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from negligence on your part.


5. Fees and Payments

5.1 Service Charges: All fees, including installation costs and recurring subscription charges, will be disclosed during the sign-up process.

5.2 Payment Obligations: Payments must be made on time to avoid interruptions to your services.

5.3 Refund Policy: Refunds, if applicable, will be issued in accordance with Innovare Telecom’s refund policy, which is available upon request.


6. Equipment and Installation

6.1 Innovare Telecom may provide or recommend specific equipment for accessing services. You are responsible for protecting and maintaining any equipment provided.

6.2 Structured wiring and other installation services will be performed by Innovare Telecom professionals or authorized contractors. Access to your property may be required, and Innovare Telecom will make every effort to minimize disruption.


7. Third-Party Vendors

7.1 Certain services or features may include third-party products or integrations. While Innovare Telecom makes reasonable efforts to ensure compatibility and quality, we are not responsible for issues arising from these third-party products.

7.2 Customers are required to review and agree to any applicable terms associated with third-party vendor products.


8. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property, including software, trademarks, and proprietary content, is owned by Innovare Telecom or its third-party vendors. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.


9. Service Reliability and Liability

9.1 Service Interruptions: Innovare Telecom strives to deliver reliable services but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access due to factors beyond our control, such as weather events or technical failures.

9.2 Liability: Innovare Telecom is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from service interruptions or misuse of our services.


10. Amendments to Terms

Innovare Telecom reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated through your registered email or posted on our website. Continued use of our services after updates indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.


11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada.

Return and Refund Policy

At Innovare Telecom, all sales are considered final. Payments for services, equipment, installation, or related products are non-refundable once processed. Customers are encouraged to review their order details and service agreements carefully before finalizing their purchase.

Customers may opt out of their contract within 10 calendar days from the date of signing their service agreement without penalty. During this period:
